CARE MANAGEMENT
More complex cases are managed throughout post-injury to provide timely access to providers and services, ensure employee compliance, and minimize time away from work. The care manager serves as a liaison among the employee, employer and providers. Ongoing tracking and reporting of the employee’s progress monitors improvement toward reaching desired outcomes.
